Join us for the REWET Training: Nature Restoration Law and Wetlands Conservation, taking place on 3 October 2024 and accessible online for global participants.
Running from 9:00 to 13:00 CET, this immersive training session organized by IDENER is designed to equip environmental professionals, educators, conservationists, and community leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to champion wetland conservation. In-person attendees* will also have the chance to deepen the discussion in round tables around three topics: business models, social engagement and policy.
This event is a "Training of Trainers" program specifically tailored for those committed to protecting our vital wetland ecosystems. Participants will delve deep into the ecological significance of wetlands, exploring their role in biodiversity, water filtration, and flood control. The program will also cover critical topics such as Nature Restoration Law, conservation strategies, and the latest restoration techniques.
